Submit Artwork

To place your logo on an item, we'll need a high-quality image from which to reproduce it. The best imprints, engraving and embroidery come from the cleanest art. Our goal is to preserve the integrity of your art, whether it be for a club gathering or your corporate identity.

We prefer Mac (OS 9 or X-10), but can also use PC (XP) art. Mac Adobe Illustrator CS is our preferred program. Art is best as a vector image, not rastor, bitmap or pixels. Vector images are often made in Illustrator, Freehand, Corel or saved as an .EPS file. Fonts need to be included as a file or changed to curves or lines. Please include linked files as necessary. Sometimes a bitmap is embedded into one of these files but still is not of high quality unless redrawn.

Always send a hard copy of your art so we can compare the two (this can be faxed along with your order). If you do not send a faxed hard copy, we will not be responsible for any errors on your artwork. Our fax number is 269-372-9991.

PREFERRED PROGRAMS:

If the only image that is available is a bitmap or hard copy, we can redraw it for an additional charge. If limited to a bitmap, we prefer a large tiff formatted document on disk or CD (at least 300 DPI). Images in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), PowerPoint (.ppt) and other presentation, publishing, web and word programs are often lower quality bitmaps. Acrobat files are often locked and the images cannot be edited or retrieved. The following bitmap images are acceptable if OVER 300 DPI:

If your logo includes any PMS colors, please note them with the art. Interesting articles on color and an explanation of "PMS Color" may be found at Pantone's site.

Hard copy, camera-ready art may be sent to our location noted below. This includes transparencies, photos, film separations or other clean, concise art.

Color art submitted for one-color imprint may incur a charge. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!
