Promotion Concepts is western Michigan's premier promotion, incentive and award program agency. Founded in 1982, our company has built a strong reputation for caring service, creativity, technological savvy and results.
In 2003, Promotion Concepts merged with Award Source, a leading provider of service award and recognition programs throughout the Midwest. Together, we offer a comprehensive answer to clients' incentive, award and marketing challenges. We're not so much about supplying promotional products as about building programs to help you use those products most effectively.

Client education. Promotion Concepts differentiates itself by keeping clients informed about new products, suppliers and services that we offer. Through our newsletter, Luncheon Showcase events and annual fall Promotion Expo, we give clients a steady stream of solutions to tackle any challenge.
Prime location. We serve clients throughout the Midwest from our 12,000-square-foot office/warehouse facility just off US-131 in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Pursuit of excellence! Our people are committed to personal and professional growth. Our owner has earned the Master Advertising Specialist designation (out of only 20 in the state) in recognition of over 200 hours of continuing education. Several of our associates are actively pursuing industry designations through ongoing education. Through volunteerism, leadership and active participation, we seek to raise the professionalism of the disciplines we practice for the benefit of our clients.
Servant leadership. Our people demonstrate active caring both on the job and off. Each year we use our promotional marketing expertise to raise funds and awareness for a selected charitable cause. We sponsor and host the annual Promotion Expo Charity Golf Outing and Silent Auction, raising money for the charity. Our staff adopts a family for Christmas, donating to assure a holiday filled with the joy of the season. We periodically work a Saturday to Habitat for Humanity to build homes and dreams for others. Our staff periodically cooks breakfast at a local halfway house so residents can enjoy a hot meal. Individually, we support nonprofit causes and spiritual groups, and work to share our love and care with the community.
